limousine inspections, our computer system randomly selects a number of
limousines for a complete visual and mechanical inspection. Our computerized
system also generates a profile for each limousine inspected and includes
details regarding the limousine's condition. In addition to our random
inspections, we also have a team of road inspectors who are on the road daily.
These road inspectors report any concerns to management.
Our experienced chauffeurs are well trained in
first class etiquette and are both professional and courteous. All our
chauffeurs are licensed by the Local Licensing Authority and must complete an
extensive in-house training program focusing on customer service issues,
corporate needs, safety and emergency procedures. Refresher courses are also
offered every year.
