Following is the result of our feedback form that was
submitted by Sherry Olan of C.I.B.C. on December 18, 2003:
" I just wanted to tell you about the wonderful
experience I had today using your Royal Limousine Service from downtown
Toronto to Mississauga and back.
I was picked up by Aurelian Ilies. His car was clean and
comfortable, and he was very polite and professional. He asked me what radio
station I would like to listen to, and if the temperature in the car was ok
for me. He had a nice selection of magazines and newspapers. When he noticed
me reading, he mentioned a little reading light that I could turn on.
Later on in the day when I had to travel back to Toronto
I was driven by George Likakis and he too was very friendly and courteous and
had a wonderfully comfortable and clean car. He also asked me what radio
station I would like to listen to and he made sure that the temperature in the
car was comfortable for me.
The condition and cleanliness of the cars and the
courteousness of these drivers made my experience a real pleasure, and I
wanted to thank you (and Aurelian and George) for the excellent customer
service.
