All customers must proceed to see the Commissionaire
(person wearing a white cap) within all terminals. Please give him the name in
which the limousine was booked under and indicate that you are waiting for Royal
Limousine.

1
Proceed to last gate, cross the 2 roadways and take the 4 steps down to Post D1.
Terminal 2 Domestic &
International
Proceed to Post 21 on arrivals level.
Terminal 3 Inside Terminal
Proceed to Post 23 on the arrivals level.
Outside Terminal
At the exit doors located at the crosswalk in the centre of terminal.
If the Commissionaire advises you
that there is no car from Royal Limousine Services registered in your name, or
within 5 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire a Royal Limousine does not
appear, please call our dispatch office immediately to assist you at
416-777-2255, or use our toll free number 1-800-267-3326.
NOTE: In the event your flight arrives
after 12:00 midnight, the Commissionaire may not be present, in this case,
please call our dispatch office at 416-777-2255 and we will send you your
Limousine from the compound at any time. Our dispatch office is open 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week to assist you and to prevent the $30.00 " no show "
fee.
